What it costs: Cost depends on the problem, but you can be assured that I offer competitive rates.  As a typical example, consider that you are not able to get to your Windows desktop for some reason, or you are having a Blue Screen of Death.  I determine the problem and find that you have multiple viruses and spyware causing the issue.  In this case, I charge you $39.95 for the diagnosis and $29.95 to clean the viruses, leaving you with a $69.90 bill.  This is just an example.  All first time, first visit customers get 10% off!
